Hope Lives - Vive La Esperanza is a Peer/Community Run Organization and is a 501(c) 3 non-profit established in 2010.
Our Vision:
Our vision is a world where every individual, regardless of their involvement in the justice system, mental health status, or challenges with addiction have the opportunity to surpass their recovery goals and lead transformed, empowered lives.
Hope Lives - Vive la Esperanza provides outreach and behavioral health support services in diverse communities. We support adults who are or may be eligible for SMI/GMHSA services in Arizona. We also provide support to other community members through a sliding-scale private-pay agreement.

Our Impact
The emphasis of Hope Lives - Vive la Esperanza is on Forensics Peer Support Services in Maricopa, Coconino, Navajo, Yavapai, Apache, and Mohave Counties. We partner with a variety of community-based organizations, health care providers, social and human service providers, faith-based organizations, and other neighboring institutions.
We provide a variety of services, including life-skill building, employment, community re-entry for the justice involved, psycho-education, psycho-social rehabilitation, substance use prevention and recovery, and community and family awareness. We work with many individuals who have unmet needs, including active work with veterans and transitional-aged youth.
